| The Annual Report is the document distributed at St. Mary's Annual Meeting that takes place every May. This document consists of the reports from all of the different ministry areas in the church for the previous year. The Annual Meeting is a time when the church community as a whole gathers to be in conversation about the life of the church, look at the budget for the upcoming year and year past, and elect new members to the Vestry (elected members of the church who oversee the mission of the parish and all fiduciary responsibilities of the church as well as support and assist the rector). |
