Arlington’s 47th annual tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. – Sunday, January 17 5:00 p.m.

This year’s tribute is by one of the country’s premiere producers of inspirational-arts programming, NEWorks Productions. Our theme is Freedom: America’s Goal, Our Destiny.

Celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. King through inspirational music, spoken word and dance. performances. Featured talent includes: Nolan Williams, Jr. and the Voices of Inspiration; Clifton Ross, BET Sunday Best All Stars Finalist; The NEWorks Freedom Dancers | Torens Johnson, Choreographer; students from the Duke Ellington School of the Arts and our emcee is Jacquie Gales Webb, Host, WHUR Sunday Afternoon with Jacquie Gales Webb.

Aside from the program we will be supporting Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC) clients by collecting/bringing nonperishable foods.
